Gower - I've heard 'bout him that he's probably been the most elegant left hander ever, but then i've not seen a lot of him.. so no comments..

2. Inzy - yeah.. i love the square cover drive of his.. of the backfoot.. but then again.. damn, i can't let go off the 3 that i listed..

3. Hussey - dogged.. well, am bout to comment bout him in the concluding part.. so wait on.. :)@purVhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02593099531722801944noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-302624505918394313.post-3177219488764140042007-01-21T19:52:00.000-08:002007-01-21T19:52:00.000-08:00well, expected this.. azza and VVS were there in m...well, expected this.. azza and VVS were there in my mind for sure.. but then, u've just gotta pick the best among the rest.. and had thought to pick just 3 in that category.. azza's flicks were probably the best ever, but I had some doubts 'bout his offside play.. whereas the 3 that i've picked, well they were a phenom on either side of the wicket..@purVhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02593099531722801944noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-302624505918394313.post-26403672917413440512007-01-21T10:19:00.000-08:002007-01-21T10:19:00.000-08:00why isnt the greatest artist of them all " Azza " ...why isnt the greatest artist of them all " Azza " not a part of this post !!!!Inside Inkhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14041579765690940806noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-302624505918394313.post-70931040556531227182007-01-20T06:05:00.000-08:002007-01-20T06:05:00.000-08:00pal.. guess u read it in a jiffy.. was talkin' 'bo...pal.. guess u read it in a jiffy.. was talkin' 'bout Jimmy Adams in this case.. not Flower.. and it was the series in India, where India won the first match, and the Windies drew level in the last one at Mohali.

Mike Atherton - agreed he was elegant, but then there were quite a few chinks in his technique which were exposed by the likes of McGrath. But yeah, he looked really pretty when he played, no doubt. I classified him under the 'dogged' category, coz for me that suited him more than the elegant one. :D@purVhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02593099531722801944noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-302624505918394313.post-45729785529960250742007-01-19T19:09:00.000-08:002007-01-19T19:09:00.000-08:00Flower helped Zimbabwe draw level the series, not ...Flower helped Zimbabwe draw level the series, not Windies :D

I disagree on the fact that Mike Atherton didnt possess any skills, he was one of the most Elegant right hand batsman ive seen after Mark Waugh.Harishhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00315447375959292831noreply@blogger.com
